  If you are an atheist, you must believe in a non random universe. The brown dog says nothing is nonrandom in the universe. However, there are exceptions; if there is a cause outside of fundamental physics, then that would explain non random events.

  It's fascinating to consider how intelligent entities can be the cause of non-random events. We are surrounded by many such entities in our world, from the mailman to other intelligent beings, which makes the concept of non-randomness less of an issue.

  So both dogs are right!
