Chief Development Officer

John is the Chief Development Officer. A recognized thought leader in the area of organizational performance readiness, especially in the areas of fund raising and professional services, he drives initiatives that improve business processes, revenue, learning and systems in measurable and sustainable ways by increasing human capital, innovation, and time-to-market. As an accomplished senior leader, coach, innovator, researcher and adjunct faculty member, John is best known for leading complex organizations through periods of change.

John graduated from Saint John’s University with a degree in accounting, and completed two Master’s degrees at the University of St. Thomas in Business and International Management. He also holds Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Capella University and is an adjunct college professor, where he teaches Healthcare Informatics, Organizational Research Methods and Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods at the doctoral level. He has also designed doctoral level curriculum for several leading universities about Creativity and Innovation and Qualitative Research Methods.

John enjoys spending time at home and traveling with his wife and their three adult children. He keeps a full schedule visiting donors, officiating high school and college football, golfing, and deepening his understanding of today’s new generation of Americas who are looking for a path out of a dark age and into a new world filled with purpose and Judeo-Christian values, principles and traditions.
